At checkin we had a mishap where they charged us twice but it was promptly handled and we were given a $75 food credit to be used at the hotel for the inconvenience.
When we eventually found it the valet guy and luggage guy were very friendly and helpful. Once we arrived at the hotel it was a little confusing as to where to go to checkin and park because there seemed to be a lack of signage directing you. Only stayed one night as we were in town for a funeral and this was the nicest hotel that we could find that was available at the last minute.
